Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping Policy
The standard cost for ground shipping and delivery is $19.99 and accessories and other items vary. Your equipment will be shipped to your local installer's location in select areas (this will be determined during the ordering process and you will be notified at the end on your order confirmation page). The shipping charge is
non-refundable and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us (if we are replacing defective items, there is no charge to you whatsoever during the exchange). In most cases, shipments will occur
within 24 hours after your Online Terms Acceptance
is
received by us. Ground shipping generally takes
between 3-5 business days from shipment date
depending on where you live. Shipping times are calculated from the time that your order is complete including acceptance of terms. Due to the nature of
the sale and the large scheduling of installations,
Express or Overnight shipping is not offered, as it
would not necessarily expedite the installation
process. You may come back to our site after
24 hours of placing your order to check the status
of your shipment.

NOTE: Please
Do Not return any merchandise to the
RapidSatellite Corporate address. Shipments
to that address will not be accepted.

No Hassles Return
Policy
If you ever need to return a product, simply call us
and we will set up a return or exchange. Returns
cannot be accepted without a Pre-Authorized Return
Number and must be sent back in original packaging.
Refunds are given within 30 days of original invoice
date and original shipping charges are
non-refundable.
To Return a Product Simply
complete this Return
Authorization Form. You will be contacted with
your Return Authorization Number within 3 business days. Once you have been issued the RA number, it is valid
for 10 business days from the issue date. The RA
number must be written on the outside of the package
as well as on a copy of the packing list to be
included in the returned package. Item(s) should be
returned via a shipping method that provides
tracking of package status, such as UPS Ground
Service, as returns cannot be processed for items
that are not received. Products must be returned in
original packaging. Returns are processed within 5
business days of receipt.
Receivers that have had their access cards activated
will NOT be eligible for return or refund. It is
not necessary to activate the card in order to determine
signal strength or picture quality. Item(s) not in compliance with the return policy are
subject to a 20% restocking fee and RapidSatellite
has sole discretion whether to accept said return.
